Agreement
By accessing or using https://www.homeproconnection.com (the “Site”) operated by Home Pro Connection (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Nature of the service
The Site is an informational and lead-generation platform. We help connect you with independent home service professionals. We are not a contractor, do not perform the work described on the Site ourselves, and do not guarantee that any professional will accept your project, respond within a specific time, or offer a particular price.
Your submissions
When you submit a quote request or other form, you represent that your information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You agree that we and our partners may contact you by phone, email, or text (where permitted) regarding your request.
No professional–client relationship
Use of the Site does not create a contract between you and Home Pro Connection for home services. Any agreement for work is between you and the service professional you choose. You are responsible for verifying licenses, insurance, references, and estimates before hiring.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false requests, harassing users or staff, attempting unauthorized access, scraping the Site in violation of our policies, or using automated means to overload our systems.
Intellectual property
Content on the Site (text, design, logos, and other materials) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission, except as allowed by law.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Pro Connection and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or from services performed (or not performed) by any third-party professional. Indemnity
